This is an original acrylic work on a large 36 x 48 inch canvas ready to hang. This looks great both in landscape and portrait angles (personally I prefer landscape) but it's up to you!
After a recent swim at the beach and making contact with a few jellyfish!! (not stinging ones thank goodness!)...I thought that I would see if I could move the paint across the canvas in a way that would resemble the subtle softness and flow of a group of jellyfish swimming together. I recall visiting Underwater World (AQWA) when I was a child and one of my favourite things to see was the beautiful jellyfish slowly dancing along together in their own little world.
And yes...I did name it after 'Ariel' from The Little Mermaid!...It just made sense.
